Thank you for visiting our welfare association’s homepage today. As we enter an aging society, there is a need to expand nursing care and welfare services. In 1999, we established a social welfare corporation and opened the Cosmos Club Day Service Center, Helper Station, and Home Care Support Center. However, we have come to realize that home care support services alone. Because we can`t meet the diversifying needs of everyone, and that there are many issues that need to be addressed. In order to address these issues, we completed a special nursing home and group home in 2004 and began operating it as a regional comprehensive welfare center. Based on the purpose of the business, “Aiming for the best service in Japan “All of our staff members are determined to do their best.

Greetings from the Managing Director
My thoughts towards my hometown
AIOI Welfare Association, we established a social welfare corporation in 1999 in order to relieve the anxiety of the local people who are facing an aging society. In 2004, we opened the first unit-type special nursing home and group home in Hyogo Prefecture to meet the diverse needs of local residents. All of the facilities within the corporation are private rooms, so that you can spend a relaxing time in a room decorated with familiar furniture and photos of your family.
We aim to be a corporation that provides safe and secure services to all persons and allows them to feel joy in their daily lives.

Many of our users(guest) are people who lived in Nishi-Harima and were active in Nishi-Harima.
In order to ensure that Nishi- Harima continues to be a great place to live, we will continue to provide a safe and secure lifestyle for our users(guest), their families, and the local community, and a stable and active environment for our employees.
